These are for personal/non-commercial commissions. If you'd like to contact me for professional or commercial work, please email me at [email protected] and title the subject accordingly.Commissions are open so long as the order form is available to fill out. You must fill out this order form in order to secure a slot, no other method of communication such as email, private DM, etc will be accepted. Of course, availability and when the order form is open will be announced on my socials at least 24 hours in advance.Reservation of a slot is not first-come, first-serve unless otherwise specified. Until I am comfortable opening slots via a storefront or Ko-fi, I will review and pick which requests I wish to complete. Terms & Conditions

Baseline

  1. These commissions are for personal/non-commercial use only.

  2. This is not first come first serve, or slot/priority system. I will be choosing the commissions that appeal to me the most, or subjects that I feel can be completed in a timely manner.

  3. I have the right to decline a commission request

  4. You must provide me with reference images. I do not take custom design commissions at the moment.

  5. If you request a digital commission, you will receive a full size, high resolution digital file of your commission. No physical item will be sent to you.

  6. If you request a shikishi board commission, the shikishi board will be mailed to you. The price of materials and shipping is included in the commission cost.

  7. As a personal commission, you'll be able to use my artwork however it pleases you. However, do not remove my signature or edit it without permission. Absolutely do not sell it or use it for profit.

  8. I reserve the right to post, reuse, redistribute, or reprint your commission in my portfolio or future work, such as artbooks or collections. You can request that your commission be kept private from social media or online, so please let me know!

  9. You may post the artwork on your social media sites or wherever you like as long as you properly credit me as the artist (by tagging or linking my social media handles/websites/etc)

  10. Personal use of my commissions do not include branding or promotion or creation of merchandise for profit. If you are interested in using my artwork for such a use, please contact me directly via email.

Payment

  1. Payment through Paypal only. All prices are in USD.

  2. Once the commission has been discussed, payment information will be sent. Payment must be made in full before drawing begins.

  3. If your commission goes above 300 USD, half payments can be made (half upfront, half upon completion)

  4. For shikishi board commissions: shipping costs are included in the commission price.

Refunds & Cancellations

  1. If a cancellation is requested after the sketch is completed, but before coloring begins, a 50% refund will be provided

  2. If a cancellation is requested after I had already started colors, there will be no refund provided.

  3. A full refund will only be accepted if I have not started on your commission, or if there is a deadline requested and I fail to meet it.

Final Notes...

  1. Please spend responsibly and only pay if you know you can afford it yourself (such as owning your own paypal account, credit card, etc) If you are a minor, please purchase with your parent or guardian's permission.

  2. If there is a chargeback or a dispute filed against me before discussing it with me directly, or after the commission has been completed and sent to the customer, the payment provider/customer takes full responsibility.

  3. Under any circumstances, my artwork cannot and will not be used in any blockchain related technology or currency (NFTs, crypto, etc) without my permission. I do not allow any such related use so don't even ask.

Shikishi Board

✦ starts at 200 USD

  • Maximum number of characters in a single commission is ONE(1). Half body only

  • 9.5 inch x 10.5 inch sign board size. Tools used: ink, microliners, marker, paint

  • Additional costs for detailed, complicated characters and requesting props, weapons, wings, pets, etc into commission.

  • Props, wings, or animal features can be included but will be cropped off

  • Composition and color splashes are decided based on what I feel will look visually pleasing, so please don’t request very specific things or scenarios. Requires a certain amount of artistic freedom

  • Detailed backgrounds not available for this commission type

  • Shipping costs are included in the base price

Digital Portrait

  • Characters drawn bust up with some room for posing.

  • Maximum number of characters in a single commission is ONE(1).

  • Additional costs for detailed, complicated characters and requesting props, weapons, wings, pets, etc into commission.

  • Props, wings, or animal features can be included but will be cropped off

  • background includes transparent + shaped frame designed with character motifs.

  • Detailed backgrounds not available for this commission type

Digital half body

✦ starts at 360 USD

  • Characters drawn thigh up with simple to complex posing, based on request.

  • Maximum number of characters in a single commission is ONE(1).

  • Additional costs for detailed, complicated characters and requesting props, weapons, wings, pets, etc into commission.

  • Background is transparent by default.

  • simple pattern/gradient/color background can be requested.

  • Detailed background/scene will cost additional $100+

Additional Costs

The prices listed under the commission types are the base price of each commission, per ONE(1) character. Additional charges are added on top of the base price depending on complexity of the character and the request itself. Please check the table for what may incur additional charges and their estimate costs. Note that I provide costs in a range as complexity is determined entirely on a case by case basis.
